Calcium is Critical
to Good Health
Considering all of the major
minerals, Calcium is the most important. Almost twice as much Calcium is needed as

What Is The Right
Dosage For You?
- A healthy person with a pH of 7.0 or higher, 3 capsules a
day.
- With a pH is between 6.0 and 6.5, recommend taking 3
